Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. Eggs 2
  4. Baking powder 2 tsp
  5. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  6. salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  8. Jaggery pwder 2 tbsp
  9. Lemon zest of 2
  10. Bluberries or any berries 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take milk add 1 tsp vinegar and let it stand for 5 mins or till it till it curdles.Thts our buttermilk.
  2. Meanwhile seive flour , baking powder ,baking soda,salt,jaggery pwder lemon zest and mix well.
  3. Add the buttermilk and the eggs
  4. whisk well so that no lumps are formed..you can add any berries.here i have used dried blue berries
  5. Pour on a griddle and make with love. Yields 12 pancakes
