Ingredients to make Stuffed soya nuggets ke kababs

  • 1 cup soya nuggets
  • 1 cup white kabuli channa
  • 1 cup rajma
  • 1 boiled & smashed potato
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp garam masala pd
  • 1tsp chat masala pd
  • 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  • 1tbsp green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 slab panneer smashed
  • oil for frying
  • 1tbsp cornflour
  • 1tbsp rice flour
  • 1tbsp semolina
  • 1 big red carrot grated

How to make Stuffed soya nuggets ke kababs

  1. Soak overnight white kabuli channa, rajma
  2. Next day pressure cook both the channa , rajma for 8 whistles
  3. Drain the water out. Then grind it into smooth paste by adding little water
  4. Then add salt, garam masala pd, coriander chopped, chat masala pd, green chillies, cornflour, rice flour, mix well
  5. Then add the grated carrot to the mixture ( before adding grated carrot add a pinch of salt an squeeze the water out completely. )
  6. Mix well. Then in another add hot water add soya nuggets then squeeze out the water completely an grind into fine paste
  7. Then remove it in a bowl add panneer an grinded soya nuggets mix well add a pinch of salt an mix well
  8. Then make small pieces of ball an keep aside
  9. Then take the channa , rajma mixture give a shape of kababs, then add the small pieces of ball in between that an give it a shape of kababs
  10. Then dip it in semolina both the sides an refrigerate it for about 4to5 hours
  11. Then deep fry it

My Tip:

In place of red carrot you can add beetroot to give it a red color . In place of semolina you can dip in poppy seeds i mean khus khus
