Special prontha made from left over rices chrisp and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Left over rice 3 cup
  2. Onions chopped 1 cup
  3. Red chilly powder
  4. Salt
  5. Green chilly 3
  6. Oil for grease.

Instructions

  1. Whole wheat dough.
  2. Chopped onions cumin seeds and salt should be added into rice .
  3. Rices should be plain white.
  4. Add salt and red chilly powder into rice. Add green chilly into it. Add Corainder leaves.
  5. Now fill this filling into prontha.
  6. Heat tawa .
  7. Heat prontha on it
  8. Grease with oil from both sides
