Ingredients for strawberry cake.
2cups Sugar
1 strawberry jelly packet
1/2 cup strawberry puree made from sweetened strawberries
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups sifted cake flour
1 cup whole milk, room temperature
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs (room temperature
1 cup butter (softened )
8 inch parchment paper
1 cup dark Chocolate

Instructions

Preheat the oven to175 degrees C. Grease and flour two 9 inch square cake pans
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and dry strawberry gelatin until light and fluffy
Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Combine the flour and baking powder; stir into the batter alternately with the milk.
Blend in vanilla and strawberry puree. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a small knife inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow cakes to cool in their pans over a wire rack for at least 10 minutes, before tapping out to cool completely.
Method for making piano
. Draw a piano shape on parchment paper, cut the strawberry cake in to piano shape with the help of stencil.
Pour some Chocolate within the piano drawing on the parchment paper and keep it aside to cool
Make two Chocolate piano one for support from downside and one for upper decoration.
Make a rectangular piece of white chocolate ,make music keys with the help of dark chocolate
For pipe pour some Chocolate in to a straw,let it dry for some time then cut the straw with the help of blade and take out the Chocolate. This you'll use as piano support.
Take one chocolate piece for the downside of the piano, Stick pipe to it, let it dry completely.
Make it stand on a plate, keep cake piano on it then place upper piece of chocolate piano. Color it with golden dust.
