Ingredients to make Aaloo Chaat Tandoori

  • 1/2 kg Baby potatoes of similar size
  • 1 tspn Tandoori color (bush brand Iused)
  • 1 tspn paprika powder
  • 1 tspn Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tspn black salt
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 tblspn oil to roast
  • Some puris/papdi to garnish
  • Some mint leaves to Garnish

How to make Aaloo Chaat Tandoori

  1. Boil Baby Potatoes just fine enough to not break open ie 8-10minutes
  2. Peel potatoes ,cool & keep aside
  3. Grease a non stick pan well
  4. Now roadt these potaoes for5-8 minutes tossing to roast all sides
  5. Put of flame sprinkle the salt, dry spices and tandoori color over potatoes Mix well
  6. Remove in serving dish .Serve as is or with some puris around and few leaves of Fresh Mint
  7. Cool the potatoes

My Tip:

Mix spices well to coat potatoes well
