Ingredients to make Herbs Sea Food Pie

  • 1 cup Prawns
  • 1 portion Salmon
  • 1 Fillet Basa/ Rawas
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tblspn cornflour
  • 2-3 small green onion and stems
  • 1tspn oregano
  • 1/2 tspn dried basil crush
  • Fresh Dill
  • 1 Stick celery
  • 1/2 tspn corriander
  • 1/2 tspn crushed garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspn white pepper
  • 2 tblspoon butter
  • 2 cubes cheese processed

How to make Herbs Sea Food Pie

  1. Cook the herbed white sauce- heat butter in a pan add the green onions chopped and all herbs saute
  2. Add salt pepper to the cold milk and mix in the corn flour well with all the dry herbs
