Ingredients to make Soybean kabab

  • 1 cup soaked soya granules
  • 1/2 cup soaked black masoor dal
  • 1/2 cup soaked channa dal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp black cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 green chilli
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Soybean kabab

  1. Cook the soaked dals in pressure cooker with less water
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and fry till nice brown in color
  3. Make a fine paste of ginger garlic and green chilli and add in fried onions
  4. Now add all the dry masala soaked soya granules and mix it well
  5. Add cooked dal and salt...The dal should be dry ...If there is excess water drain it out and then mix
  6. Now let it cool down and then make small tikki from them
  7. Shallow fry them till golden brown from both the sides

My Tip:

While adding salt remember if you have added in dal while cooking put accordingly in masala
