Peanuts & Garlic Chutney or Masala

Ingredients to make Peanuts & Garlic Chutney or Masala

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts crushed
  • 15 to 20 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil

How to make Peanuts & Garlic Chutney or Masala

  1. Roast the peanuts on medium flame. till nice roast. Turn off flame. Keep aside for cool
  2. remove on skin.
  3. now grind the peanuts Blend it to form coarse powder (just give a pulse 5 to 6 times)
  4. Garlic cloves and cumin seeds grind in blender roughly then saute in little (1 tsp) oil. Mix in grined peanuts, Now add salt to taste, red chilli powder mix with spoon Peanut chutney is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Peanuts garlic chutney you can use with any dry bhaji like brinjals, Green papadi, potato bhaji etc
