20-30 fresh strawberries with leaves
Half pound unsweetened chocolate
Half cup sugar
1 cup Butter
Half cup heavy cream
Few toothpicks
Butter paper

Instructions

Heat a vessel with water and take another vessel that will fit on the vessel
This creates a double boiler while the water is heating add the chocolate and start melting it
Add the butter and cream
When the chocolate melts well and is glistening use a toothpick to prick the strawberry and swirl till it coats half of the strawberry
Lay the strawberries in the parchment paper to cool

Arrange them in a heart shape
