Ingredients to make Saffron almond panna cotta

  • Two and half cup milk
  • Half tin condensed milk
  • Two tbsp sugar
  • Two tbsp gelatin
  • saffron 1tsp
  • pista one four tsp
  • One four cup almond powder
  • Cardmon powder one four tsp
  • Kiwi. Red grapes and mint sprigs

How to make Saffron almond panna cotta

  1. Step no. 1 heat milk in a pan and reduce till remain half. Step no.2 add condensed milk and sugar Step no.3 soak saffron in one than milk Step no.4 take two spoon hot water and mix gelatin in it finely. Step no.5 now badd saffron and half of all ingredients in milk. Give a little boil. Step no. 6 now add geletin in mix and pour in glasses. Fill only half glass and keep in freeze till serve. Step no.7 chop fruits and at the time of serving top Panna cotta with fruits .Sprinkle remaining posts and cardmon.Lastly top with mint leave

My Tip:

Can set in a bowl also.
