Ingredients to make Rose Palkova

  • 1 litre full cream milk
  • 100 gms sugar
  • 2 drops rose extract

How to make Rose Palkova

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan till it's reduced to half quantity by stirring it continuesly this would take around 25 mins.
  2. Next add in sugar and stir it till the mixture is thick and starts to leave the pan this will again take 25 mins exactly.
  3. Add rose extract and mix well. Switch of the gas and let it cool completely before serving.
  4. Garnish with almond silvers.

My Tip:

100 gms of sugar is just perfect for 1 litre milk B milk releases it's sweet taste when boiled. So don't get tempted to add more sugar.
