ABOUT Rose & Pistachio Chocolate Bark RECIPE

White chocolate with rose petals & pistachios.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms White Chocolate
  2. Kewra water 1tsp
  3. 1tsp butter
  4. 50 gms pistachios
  5. 5 vibrant red rose petals

Instructions

  1. Chop white chocolate, pistachios & rose petals separately.
  2. Add white chocolate in a double boiler & melt
  3. Add butter & kewra water. Mix it quickly.
  4. Pour in a tray lined with parchment paper & flatten it out.
  5. Now sprinkle the chopped pistachios & rose petals.
  6. Press them lightly on the chocolate.
  7. Set in refrigerator for 2mins or until set.
  8. Break in the desired pieces you like.
  9. Enjoy this bark with your loved ones, neighbors & friends.
