Ingredients Serving: 2

Half cup sugar
One pound unsweetened chocolate
Half cup heavy cream
1 spoon rose essence
Half pound fresh strawberries
3 spoons butter
toothpicks
Parchment paper

Instructions

Take a vessel and add water add another glass vessel on top so it becomes a double boiler
Turn the stove on and when water comes to boil add unsweetened chocolate in the glass pan so it starts melting
Add sugar, butter and heavy cream
Once the mix melts well and glistens add the rose essence and turn the stove off
Wash strawberries and using a toothpick swirl the chocolate
Set in parchment paper for few minutes before serving
