Papaya panna cotta

Ingredients to make Papaya panna cotta

  • papaya juice- 2 cups
  • sugar- 1 cup
  • milk- 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence- 4 drops
  • Agar agar powder- 1 pack
  • Orange food colour - 1 drop
  • Roasted nuts- 2 spoons
  • Kit kat chocholate
  • pomegranate seeds- 3 spoons

How to make Papaya panna cotta

  1. Boil papaya juice and sugar and bring it to a boil. Now slow the flame and add milk, orange food colour , vanilla essense and mix well.
  2. Now remove 1 cup of this mix and keep aside.
  3. In the remainng hot juice, add 3 spoons of agar agar powder and keep stirring for 5 to 7 minutes
  4. Now take icecream glasses and let them rest in 45 degrees angle in a muffin tray.
  5. Now pour this mix into the slanted glasses till the top. See that it should not over flow from glass
  6. Let it rest in refrigerator for 20 min.
  7. Now with the remaining juice, warm it on the stove and add 2 spoons of agar agar powder and keep stirring for 5 min.
  8. Take out our glasses from refrigerator and turn to the other side and place them again in slant position
  9. Now pour this mix and again let it set in the refrigerator till we are ready to serve.
  10. Just before serving, add roasted walnuts, pomegranate seeds and chocolate and any thing of your choice.

My Tip:

After adding agar agar powder, keep stirring or else it will be burnt at the bottom of the vessel. Chilled panna cotta is really delicious
