Ingredients to make Banana balls in tomato gravy

  • FOR BALLS...........
  • Raw banana(boiled and mashed)....4
  • salt
  • fennel powder....1 tsp
  • chilli powder....1 tsp
  • oil for frying
  • besan.....2 tsp
  • FOR GRAVY,.......
  • tomato puree.....1 1/2 cup
  • ginger garlic paste....1 tsp
  • chilli powder....1 tsp
  • Garam masala....1 tsp
  • haldi powder....1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi....1 tsp
  • oil...2 tsp
  • jeera...1/2 tsp
  • salt

How to make Banana balls in tomato gravy

  1. 1) Take a bowl and mix all items stated in balls section. Make balls and fry them in medium hot oil.
  2. 2) Take a kadhai. ADD oil. Add jeera. Cook .Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add tomato puree and chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala and salt. Add required water to make gravy of thick consistency. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. 3) Now add balls. Add kasoori methi and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4) Ready to relish with tawa chapati and rice.
  5. Yummmmm.

My Tip:

After adding balls dont cook for long otherwise balls will become soggy.
