Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. FOR BALLS...........
  2. Raw banana(boiled and mashed)....4
  3. Salt
  4. Fennel powder....1 tsp
  5. Chilli powder....1 tsp
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Besan.....2 tsp
  8. FOR GRAVY,.......
  9. Tomato puree.....1 1/2 cup
  10. Ginger garlic paste....1 tsp
  11. Chilli powder....1 tsp
  12. Garam masala....1 tsp
  13. Haldi powder....1/2 tsp
  14. Kasoori methi....1 tsp
  15. Oil...2 tsp
  16. Jeera...1/2 tsp
  17. Salt

Instructions

  1. 1) Take a bowl and mix all items stated in balls section. Make balls and fry them in medium hot oil.
  2. 2) Take a kadhai. ADD oil. Add jeera. Cook .Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 1 minute. Add tomato puree and chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala and salt. Add required water to make gravy of thick consistency. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. 3) Now add balls. Add kasoori methi and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4) Ready to relish with tawa chapati and rice.
  5. Yummmmm.
