Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Milk - 1/2 ltr.
  2. khoya - 50 gms
  3. Rose syrup - approx. 6 tsp.
  4. Saffron - a generous pinch
  5. Pistachios - 1 tsp.
  6. Almonds- 4

Instructions

  1. Boil and cool the milk.
  2. Add the rose syrup little by little till you get a baby pink colour. You may not need sugar as rose syrup has high sugar in it.
  3. Scramble the khoya into the milk and whip it in a blender.
  4. Blanch pistachios and almonds, peel the skin, and grate.
  5. Garnish the milk with these grated pistas, almonds and saffron strands while serving.
  6. Serve chilled. Vah-Re-Vah. Gulab-E-Aab is ready.
