Ingredients to make White chocolate pan cakes

  • Wheat flour 1cup
  • 2 Eggs
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2tsp
  • Milk as required (abt 1cup)
  • Butter to grease the pan as & when required
  • Melted white chocolate 100gms
  • Sprinkles to garnish.

How to make White chocolate pan cakes

  1. Mix eggs & sugar & beat till sugar is dissolved & mixture is fluffy
  2. Add in sieved flour, vanilla & baking powder combine well. Add in milk to make not too runny batter.
  3. Rest batter for 10mins
  4. Heat a non stick pan, grease with butter & pour a laddle batter & spread like we do while making dosa.
  5. Drizzle few drops of butter to prevent from sticking to the pan.
  6. flip to cook on the other side
  7. place the pan cake in a serving plate drizzle melted chocolate & sprinkles to garnish.
