Egg E Paneer with beans

Ingredients to make Egg E Paneer with beans

  • paneer 150gms cube n diced
  • egg 2
  • rajma & white beans puree 1/2 cup
  • onion puree 1/2cup
  • Green chilli paste 3tsp
  • dhania puree 2tsp
  • salt acc
  • haldi acc
  • jeera pwd 1/2tsp
  • dhania pwd 1/2tsp
  • Redchilli pwd 1tsp
  • Garam masala pwd 1tsp
  • Dry red chillies 4
  • bay leaf 4
  • oil for frying

How to make Egg E Paneer with beans

  1. Heat oil in a pan.. Add dry red chillies and bay leaf .. let it crackle
  2. Now add all puree s together and in low flame fry till raw aroma goes off
  3. Now add salt and all masalas together .. stir it till all masalas are well mixed .
  4. Next add lil water and close lid for 5mins and let it cook in simmer
  5. Now add paneer cubes .. and keep stirring with the mixture
  6. Then add water and in low flame let it cook till 15-20mins ..
  7. Last add eggs and stir so that it doesnt stick or become poach
  8. Egg E Paneer with beans is ready .. serve hot with rice or chapatti
