American Chop suey

Ingredients to make American Chop suey

  • 2 packet noodles
  • 2 bowls chopped vegetables(carrot, cabbage, baby corn, beans, spring onion, capsicum)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup red chilli tomato sauce
  • 1 big spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 big spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • oil to fry the noodles
  • Salt and pepper

How to make American Chop suey

  1. Take one packet of noodles boil the water keep these noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes and the take them out and wash under cold water
  2. Deep fry these noodles till crispy
  3. Cut all the vegetables and par boil carrot baby corn and beans
  4. Break the another packet of noodles and boil them properly drain the water wash them under cold water
  5. Heat oil in pan and sauté chopped onions and ginger garlic paste
  6. When the onions are lightly tender put cabbage in it
  7. Put all the other vegetables and tomato sauce and red chilli sauce
  8. Add water soya sacuce and salt to it and when the water comes to boil mix cornflour in little water and pour in the boiling vegetables
  9. When it is thicken add boiled noodles and mix
  10. At the end put the green part of spring onion
  11. Before serving place the chaupsey on the plate and on the top put the fried noodles and spread few spring onions and serve

My Tip:

While making tge chaupsey the gas will be on high flame. ...tge vegetables should not over cook. ..They should be crunchy
