ABOUT Fruit panna cotta RECIPE

Fruits are always wonderful for dessert recipes. Any special occasion will be incomplete without a chilled dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fruit juice of any 2 varieties. ( for colour combinations)
  2. Milk- 1 cup
  3. sugar 1 cup
  4. Agar agar powder-1 pack
  5. Vanilla essence- 6 drops
  6. Food colour of the used fruits colour.

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil 1st fruit juice with sugar, milk, vanilla essence and food colour which matches the fruit juice. I took papaya juice ( so orange colour)
  2. Now remove 1 cup of boiled juice aside and add agar agar and stir for 5 min.
  3. Arrange icecream glasses in slant position and pour the liquid and let it set for 15 min in refrigerator
  4. After 15 minutes, add agar agar to the 1 cup of juice and stir again for 5 minutes on the stove.
  5. Now reverse the glasses position and pour the remaining juice to it and let it set for another 15 min in refrigerator
  6. Now to fill the middle part, take a fruit juice which matches with the 1st colour. I took papaya juice and mango juice.
  7. Repeat with mango juice and let it set in refrigerator till we are ready to serve.
  8. Just before serving, add fruits like grapes, kiwi fruit, strawberry or any fruits available
