Sweet corn tangy masala

Ingredients to make Sweet corn tangy masala

  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 no Green chilli
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp asafoetida
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp coriender seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmaric powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriender leaves

How to make Sweet corn tangy masala

  1. Sweet corn steam or boil in pressure cooker in 2 to 3 min
  2. Take pan heat butter melt on low flame
  3. Add green chilli, cumin seeds, fennel seeds saute lightly
  4. Now add red chilli powder , turmaric powder , coriender seeds powder , garam masala,asafoetida, lemon juice , chat masala, sugar, salt to taste mix all together on low flame
  5. Now add stemed sweet corn mix properly with all masalas
  6. Add choope corner leaves mix well keep on flame 2 to 3 min , turn off flame
  7. Serve with hot (immediately )

My Tip:

Here I used some extra masalas, because I wanted to tangy flavour , you can minus masala
