Ingredients to make Choco Orange marmalade cake

  • Maida : 1 cup (-2 tbsp) cornflour
  • cornflour : 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder : 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder : 3/4 tsp
  • baking soda : 1/2 tsp
  • oil : 1/4 cup
  • Powder sugar : 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla essencs : 1 tsp
  • curd : 1/2 cup (unsour)
  • Milk : 1/4 cup (cold)
  • Orange marmalade : 2 tbsp
  • honey : 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar :1 tbsp
  • almonds : 3 tbsp chopped

How to make Choco Orange marmalade cake

  1. Take a bowl sift in maida, cornflour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well. Keep aside.
  2. In another bowl take powdered sugar, curd, vanilla essence, oil and mix well till sugar dissolves properly. Keep aside.
  3. Now mix maida mixture in curd mixture. Add in milk. Mix well so that there should be no lumps. Consistency of the batter should be thick but pouring.
  4. Pre heat oven to 180*C for 10 min.
  5. Grease and dust muffin tray.
  6. Take the batter add in honey and white vinegar. Mix well. Pour the batter in greased and dusted muffin tray. Top it with chopped almonds.
  7. Place it in oven and bake for 25 min.
  8. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
  9. Take out muffins from the tray and serve.
