Ingredients to make Fruit panna cotta

  • Fruits of our choice- 500ml
  • Milk- 500 ml
  • Agar agar - 1 pack
  • sugar- 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence- 5 drops
  • Dry fruits powder-( badam and cashew)
  • Dry fruits chopped (badam and cashew)

How to make Fruit panna cotta

  1. Boil all the ingredients and add agar agar at the last 10 minutes to the mix.
  2. After adding agar agar powder, keep stirring or else it will burn at bottom of the vessel.
  3. When the juice gets thickened, switch off the stove and pour into our serving glasses or a serving bowl.
  4. Let it set for few hours and then chill it.

My Tip:

Always add full fat milk . It will be very tasty and setting of pudding will be very thick. We can slice it with knife.
