Wheat Flour Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients to make Wheat Flour Red Velvet Cake

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • Rasberry red color or any red color edible
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Icing sugar
  • butter
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Food color edible for frosting if u want i have used yellow and green

How to make Wheat Flour Red Velvet Cake

  1. Process for CAKE Mix butter and sugar in a bowl with a beater untill a smooth paste
  2. In it Add fresh cream, vanilla essence and whisk well
  3. In it Add red colour and milk and whisk well
  4. In the same bowl sift together wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and whisk well for a smooth batter consistency and yes dont over whisk it
  5. Now grease the micro safe vessel with butter and sprinkel wheat flour
  6. Pre heat micro on high for a minute
  7. Pour the batter in the greased pan and bake on high for 5 minutes
  8. Remove and let it cool first and than unmould it
  9. Red velvet cake is ready
  10. Process for Frosting. Icing Take icing sugar, vanilla essence, butter and beat with an electric beater in one direction in speed and refrigarate till use or use immediately
  11. Cut the cake horizontally into 3 parts very thin slices
  12. Cover the cake part with frosting and keep the other part continue this way also cover the sides of the cake with frosting
  13. Want to decore the cake than add colour in frosting and whisk well take piping bag and choose nozzel and design
  14. Yummy cake with icing is ready.
