ABOUT Garlic Bread RECIPE

A super easy recipe of making garlic bread on a tawa or frying pan and without the oven

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half a loaf of bread or 8 slices.
  2. 2 tsp butter, salted or unsalted.
  3. 3 to 4 medium sized garlic minced or grated
  4. Red Chili Flakes
  5. Dry oregano
  6. Black pepper as required
  7. Salt as per taste, if using unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Take 2 tsp butter in a bowl, if using unsalted butter , then add a bit of salt.
  2. Grate or mince 3 to 4 medium garlic directly into the butter.
  3. Mix the grated garlic very well with the butter.
  4. Spread the mixture on all the slices.
  5. Heat tawa on a high flame.
  6. When the tawa become hot, reduce the flame to low then place the bread slices.
  7. Cover the slices with a lid.
  8. Roast till golden brown.
  9. Once the bread is toasted, sprinkle with herb like oregano and chilly flakes.
