Corn bhel

Ingredients to make Corn bhel

  • corn kernals 1 cup
  • onion ( chopped) 1/2 cup
  • tomato ( chopped ) 1/2 cup
  • lemon (squeezed) 1 medium sized
  • Chaat masala 1 tablespoon
  • salt 1 tablespoon
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • Water for boiling corn kernals 2 cups

How to make Corn bhel

  1. Take a pan, add water and corn kernals and add butter too and give it a boil.
  2. Now after a boil, strain all the water and put the kernal into a ball and add onion, tomato, chaat masala, salt and mix it well.
  3. Now add lemon into it and mix well, now serve it.

My Tip:

Add mint leaves at last and give it a flavour.
