This beautiful pie bowl is filled with custard fruits and blue berryfilling with homemade pie crust..this beautiful yummy recipe can be definately a romantic surprise for your love once..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Pie Crust
  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. 2 tbsp chilled butter
  4. 1 cup chilled milk or little less as per dough knead
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. 1 tbsp sugar powder for health purpose you can use 1 tbsp honey instead of it.
  7. 1/2tsp cinnamon powder for good fragrance in pie..
  8. For blue berry filling
  9. 1 cup blueberry washed
  10. 1 tsp strawberry or blue berry jam
  11. 1 tbsp powdered sugar or honey or agave syrup
  12. Pinch of cinnamon powder
  13. 1 tsp corn flour
  14. For fruit custard
  15. 1 cup or 250 ml milk full fat
  16. 1 tbsp Mango flavour custard powder you can use any flavour
  17. 1/4cup Sugar
  18. FOR GARNISH
  19. Fresh fruits chopped
  20. 2 Kiwi,
  21. 1/2 Apple
  22. 2-3 strawberry
  23. 4-5black grapes
  24. 1/4cup blueberry

Instructions

  1. For pie dough
  2. Seive all purpose flour in a bowl add salt powdered sugar cinnamon powder chilled butter chilled milk and make a soft dough
  3. Cover it with cling and keep it in fridge for half an hour
  4. For custard
  5. Heat milk in a pan add sugar add custard powder and keep stirring so no lumps occur..boil it till it thicken . switch off the flame and let it cool.. strain it and keep it in fridge for chilling..
  6. In a bowl add blueberry corn flour strawberry jam honey cinnamon powder pinch of salt and mix well with clean hands..
  7. Now keep out pie dough from fridge and roll it thick..with rolling pin carefully ..set it over pie bowl and cover all sides by foliding and prick the pie base with fork so when it heated it will not raise like chapati..
  8. I made two bowl..one bowl I filled with blueberry filling and cover it with dough stripes..second bowl I bake as empty ..
  9. Preheat oven at 400'f or 180'C and bake these pie crust for 12-15 minutes or upper crush change in brown in color..
  10. Let it cool pie tart and filled it with chilled mango flavour custard and garnish with seasonal fruits..I garnish it with chopped fresh blue berries strawberries red apple kiwi and orange..serve hot or chilled choice is yours..best to impress your loved ones..
