Ingredients to make Garlic turai

  • Turai 250 gm
  • Batata 1 medium size
  • garlic 10 cloves
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • salt
  • asafoetida 1 pinch
  • coriander leaves

How to make Garlic turai

  1. Cut turai in round shape Cut batata in square shape Peel and crush garlic cloves Slit green chillies
  2. Heat oil in a pan Add crushed garlic,asafoetida, green chilli and saute for 5 minutes on medium flame. Then after 5 minutes add turai,batata and salt and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame. Serve well and garnish with coriander leaves.
