ABOUT Choco Cookies RECIPE

These are easy, no fuss, crispest Choco cookies. Used Cream (malai) that we usually store after boiling and cooling the milk.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All Purpose Flour - 4 heaped serving spoon
  2. Cream ( Malai) - half a bowl
  3. Cocoa Powder - 2 heaped tbsp
  4. Powdered Sugar - 4 tbsp (or as per your taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring together the flour, cream, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  2. Knead a soft dough and cover the bowl.Refrigerate for half- to an hour or put it the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Now with the help of rolling pin roll the dough and if you have cookie cutter then cut in desired shape cookie or use a bottle lid to cut it.
  4. Place it on a greased tray leaving gap as the cookies might expand a little while baking.
  5. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes and bake it for 14-20 minutes.
  6. Cool on wire rack and put it in air tight container. Relish the crispest homemade choco cookies as and when you want
