Ingredients to make Vegetable Crunchy Salad

  • Beans:- 10 nos chop finely
  • cabbage:- handful thinly sliced
  • carrot:- handful chopped finely
  • spring onion:- handful chopped finely
  • Sweet corn :- handful
  • Moong sprouts:- handful
  • podimas masala:- 1 tbsp ( Recipe given in my Chow chow podimas, how to make podimas masala)
  • oil:- 1 tsp
  • salt as per your taste
  • lemon juice:- 1 roundles
  • coriander leaves optional

How to make Vegetable Crunchy Salad

  1. Heat oil fry beans for few minutes and then add carrot and fry for 5 mins, add cabbage ,spring onion and sweet corn and fry in high flame; do not over cook.
  2. Add salt podimas masala and remove from fire
  3. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and allow it to cool
  4. serve once cools down

My Tip:

I keep podimas in fridge for 1 week hence use it for many recipe
