Ingredients to make Banana Custard Wholewheat Flour Cake (Eggless)

  • Wholewheat flour - 1 cup
  • Banana mashed - 2
  • Vanilla custard powder - 1/2 cup
  • Dry milk powder - 1/3 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1tsp
  • Soda bicarbonate 1- /3 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1tsp
  • Warm milk - 1/3 cup

How to make Banana Custard Wholewheat Flour Cake (Eggless)

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend sugar banana mash and olive oil well.
  3. Sieve baking powder soda and flour, add in the above mentioned.
  4. Add dry milk powder, vanilla essence and warm milk.
  5. Mix it well with a wooden spoon. Grease and dust a baking dish and pour the batter on it.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes.
  7. Check with a toothpick, it will come out clean of the cake is done.
  8. Let it cool for 45 minutes before cutting it.
  9. Enjoy guilt free healthy cake, with tea or coffee.
