Ingredients to make Creamy Roohafza Lassi.. My Idea.

  • yogurt 1 1/2 kg
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Almonds and cashewnuts 6-7 each
  • Roohafza 5 tbsp
  • water 3/4 th cup

How to make Creamy Roohafza Lassi.. My Idea.

  1. Blend all the ingredients for a good 5 mins.
  2. Use the pulse button on and off until you get a creamy foam on the top.
  3. If desired, whisk also can be used but that takes a lot of time. Blending is the easiest option.
  4. Sugar can be increased or decreased. Dry fruits of your choice can be used. This makes the drink even more healthy.
  5. Yogurt should be homemade for the best results.
  6. Roohafza can also be increased if desired but do not add more because it gives a bitter taste otherwise.
  7. Refrigerate it until ready for serve. It tastes awesome when served chilled.

My Tip:

Churning gives it this creamy and frothy look. The more you blend,the more creamier it will be. Water should be used as little as possible.
