Greeny sandwich

Ingredients to make Greeny sandwich

  • 1/2 cup - Boiled spinach
  • 1/2 cup - boiled peas
  • 1 - green chili
  • 1 pod - garlic
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper as per taste
  • 3 tsp - mozzarella cheese
  • Whole wheat bread - 4
  • butter as required

How to make Greeny sandwich

  1. Take a pan and put a little butter, when it melts put in the garlic.
  2. Saute for a few minutes and then add in all the ingredients and wait for 1 minute.
  3. Mash properly, then put mozzarella cheese. Switch off the flame. Let it rest for 2 minutes without the flame.
  4. Cut the Bread in a round shape and roast it till it is crispy.
  5. Now spread the greens mixture on bread and serve to kids with ketchup.

My Tip:

When butter melts put two three drop of oil (it help butter from burning)
