Gyeran jjim ..Korean style clay pot eggs

Ingredients to make Gyeran jjim ..Korean style clay pot eggs

  • eggs -3 small or 2 large
  • water 1/2 cup. Or 8 tbspn
  • salt
  • Pwpper
  • chilli powder
  • Few onions
  • Any veggies if you want
  • Few chopped green onion for garnishing
  • 1/2 tsp of tossed sesame

How to make Gyeran jjim ..Korean style clay pot eggs

  1. Beat all ingredients except green onions and sesame
  2. Pour it in mud pot till 3/4 th
  3. Take a vessel fill water bring water to high heat not to boiling point
  4. Now keep flame very low
  5. Keep clay pot inside till the water touches half way of clay pot
  6. Now close it with lid
  7. After 10-15 min it will raise n be cooked
  8. To confirm it can insert a tooth pic n see.
  9. Add green onions and sesame on top
  10. Steam for another 2 min
  11. And serve hot..

My Tip:

Its just like making omblet mixtire do as you like and make it out.

This is good. I have made this recipe but using clay pot is a good idea. I had used double boiler.
