Ingredients to make Love in the air chocolate cup cakes

  • For cup cakes
  • Soft butter 50 gms
  • 115 gms packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 115 gms all purpose flour
  • 1/2tsp bKing soda
  • 25 gms cocoa powder
  • 125 ml buttermilk
  • For butter Cream
  • 100gms butter
  • 200gms Icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk or any flavour
  • 25gms white chocolate
  • For the basket
  • Melted chocolate 250gms
  • Silicon mould
  • For the heart parachute
  • Red fondant
  • White fondant

How to make Love in the air chocolate cup cakes

  1. For cupcakes
  2. Preheat oven to 180c
  3. Take cupcake pan and lay paper liners
  4. Put butter ,sugar,eggs,flour,baking soda and cocoa in large bowl and using an electric hand whisk beat together until smooth add ur butter milk
  5. Spoon batter into cupcake liners and bake for 20min
  6. For the chocolate basket
  7. Melt the chocolate in microwave and kerp mixing ever 30 sec until all chocolate is melted
  8. Pour into mould ,tap them and set in fridge for 5 min when they r not fully set add a wooden skewer and set in fridge for 10 min
  9. For butter cream
  10. Take room temperature butter whisk add icing sugar (sifted 3)and whip it until soft add milk and melted white chocolte (see that chocolate is not very hot)
  11. For the fondant hearts
  12. Take a heart shape cutter cut 1 red heart and one white heart fold to center let them dry for some time
  13. Take a flower cutter and cut ur white fondant and cut in center u get clouds shape
  14. Attach the hearts ond red and one white using water and attach the cholate with bamboo skewer in center if they doesnt stick properly use some white chocolate
  15. Assembling Take ur cupcake pipe frosting and add ur fondant accent made earlier

My Tip:

Be sure all ingredients for cupcakes are at room temperature
