Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. belgium chocolate 400 gms
  2. Mould
  3. fondant for roses and covering the cake 250 grms
  4. Oil 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar 1/2 cup
  6. Eggs 2
  7. Vanilla essence Few drops
  8. Maida 1 cup
  9. baking powder 3/4 tbsp
  10. baking soda 1/4 tbsp
  11. amul whipping cream

Instructions

  1. mix oil sugar well, mix eggs and vanilla essence gradually
  2. add dry ingredients to it and bake for 20 minutes in square tin. bake well and allow to cool when its done
  3. melt chocolate in microwave , pour in mould and let it set.
  4. take amul whipping cream and beat it until light and fluffy
  5. layer the cake with whipped cream and cover it with fondant
  6. take the tajmahal out of mould and set it on the cake, decorate it with two roses
