Ingredients to make Saffron swizz rolls...

  • maida 1/2cup
  • Milk 1/4cup
  • curd 1/4cup
  • Powderd sugar1/4cup
  • Seffrob few strands
  • Orange Colour pinch
  • oil 3tbsp
  • For Filling
  • Nutella 3tbsp
  • FOR GARNISH
  • Silver coating paper

How to make Saffron swizz rolls...

  1. Sieve maida and baking powder keep aside
  2. Soak seffron in warm water keep aside
  3. Take a bowl add curd oil and sugar beat till creamy
  4. Mix maida in this mixture
  5. Add milk and saffron water to it mix well make a batter of pouring consistency
  6. Take 2 spoons of this batter keep aside and mix orange colour to it
  7. For baking take a nonstik pan place a butter paper on it greese this paper with butter
  8. Pour seffron batter to it and spred length wise and should be thin layer
  9. Spred orange coloured batter over it and make a shading
  10. On low flame cover the pan and cook for 10 minuts
  11. Afer 10 minuts turn of the gas let it cools down
  12. Remove butter paper from it spread nutella over it and fold within the butter paper
  13. Place it in fridge for 10 min
  14. After 10 minuts garnish with silver coating paper cut and serve
