  1. Oil 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Eggs 2
  4. Lemon Zest 1 tbsp
  5. candied lemon 1 tbsp
  6. Maida 1 cup
  7. baking powder 3/4 tbsp
  8. baking soda 1/4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. mix oil sugar and eggs well
  2. add all dry ingredients to it and bake it for 20 minutes
  3. frost it with whipped cream and decorate with fondant handmade flowers
