  • Chop and boiled beetroot 1cup
  • wheat flour 1cup
  • salt
  • Carrom seeds half tsp
  • coriander leaves 1tbsp
  • ginger paste 1tsp
  • oil for frying
  • For palak puris--
  • Chop and boil palak 1cup
  • curd 2tsp
  • salt
  • Chaat masala 1tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Palak beetroot puri

  1. First we make puree of beetroot.
  2. Take flour and add all ingredents mix beet puree also and make a tight dough for puri
  3. Rest for ten min.
  4. Palak puri----
  5. Take flour and add all ingredents.
  6. Add chop and boil spinach and make Puri dough.
  7. Rest for ten min.
  8. Now fry ppuris

My Tip:

Can makr puree of palak also.
