Methi dhebra

Ingredients to make Methi dhebra

  • wheat flour-1 cup
  • bajra flour-1 cup
  • Jowar flour-1 cup
  • salt
  • ginger garlic and green chilli paste-1 tbsp
  • White sesame seeds-1 tbsp
  • fenugreek leaves-1 cup(finely chopped)
  • curd-4 tbsp
  • turmeric powder-1 tsp
  • oil-1 tbsp and more for roasting the dhebras

How to make Methi dhebra

  1. Mix all the three flours, fenugreek leaves, salt, masalas, sesame seeds, oil, curd and make a dough like chapati dough.
  2. The dough will be soft and smooth.
  3. Make balls and roll like chapati taking some dry wheat flour for rolling.Keep these little thick.
  4. Put on pan.Turn when some brown spots appear and then turn.Put oil now and again flip and roast like parathas.
  5. Serve hot with curd,pickle,sauce.

My Tip:

The dough will be little sticky due to bajra and jowar flours ,so if you don't get round edges, don't worry:-)
