Ingredients to make Raajma chaat in tart

  • 1cup flour
  • One four cup oil
  • salt
  • One four tsp baking soda
  • For filling --
  • Boiled raazma
  • Fine chop onion 1cup
  • 2garlic cloves
  • Finely chop tomato
  • ginger chop 1 tsp
  • Green chilli as per taste
  • coriander leaves half cup
  • oil 1tsp
  • salt and pepper
  • Red chiil powder 1 tsp
  • haldi one four tsp
  • Garam masala one four tsp
  • Chaat masala 2tsp
  • jeera powder half tsp
  • jeera half spoon
  • lemon juice 2tbsn
  • Mayo and curd mix half cup
  • Sev bhujiya for garnish
  • grapes for garnish

How to make Raajma chaat in tart

  1. Take flour, baking powder ,salt and oil and rub them finely and make a dough
  2. Roll it and cut big rounds then tart mould size.
  3. Grease mould from outside and press the roundal outside of tart mould. Prick it with fork.
  4. Make all tarts like this.
  5. Bake on 180 degree for 10-15 min. In a pre heated oven or till light brown colour
  6. Let them cool.
  7. For filling--
  8. Take oil in pan and heat. Add jeera when splutter add garlic onion saute them. Add ginger and tomato.cook little then add green chilli add razma . Cook little then add all spices. And lastly add lime juice.
  9. Take curd and mayo mix salt and pepper.
  10. Pour tarts in serving dish. Fill with razma filling. Pour little curd mix.
  11. Sprinkle jeera powder chilli powder and Chaat masala.garnisj with sev and coriander leaves
  12. Cut grapes in small pieces and top them in tart

My Tip:

Can add ppomegranate seeds also.
