Ingredients to make Green Peas Paranthas !

  • wheat flour - 3 cups
  • Fresh Green peas- 1 big cup
  • green chilly - 2
  • ginger - small piece
  • garlic - 2 pods
  • jeera - half tspn
  • oil - 1 tbspn & for making parathas
  • butter - 1 tbspn (for garnish while serving )
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric pwdr - half tspn
  • coriander leaves - chopped little (optional )
  • water for kneading

How to make Green Peas Paranthas !

  1. Take a mixer jar & coarse grind the green peas, ginger, green chillies & garlic. Now take a bowl & mix all the ingredients & knead it well with little water.
  2. As green peas has water content do not add too much water while kneading. Keep aside for half an hour.
  3. Now roll them into round shaped parathas
  4. Take a non stick tawa & heat it.When hot put the paratha and cook well from both the sides....Drizzle oil on both sides while making the parathas.You can add butter also if u like.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup, pickle & curd :blush:
