Ingredients to make Corn & spring onion parathas

  • Stuffing :
  • Boiled corns - 1 cup
  • spring onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Grated cheese - 1/4 th cup
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • salt
  • Dough :
  • maida - 1.5 cup
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Corn & spring onion parathas

  1. Make a soft dough using maida, salt and oil. Rest it for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Now mash the Boiled corns using a fork and mix rest of the ingredients mentioned under "stuffing".
  3. Now divide the dough into roundels and stuff them with the corn mix and roll them like we roll stuffed parathas.
  4. Roast and fry them with oil
