ABOUT Sohal RECIPE

A traditional bihari poori made with wheat flour, and served with a spicy potato curry

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  2. ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  3. Ghee - 1 tbsp
  4. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - 1/4 th tsp
  6. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Make a dough of above ingredients. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  2. Now make small thick pooris, out of the dough, poke them with fork and fry them in hot oil.
  3. Serve with the aloo curry.
