  • Gooseberry 4
  • green chilly 10
  • ginger chopped 1large
  • Oil mustard 4 tsp
  • Mango pickle masala

How to make Instant pickle ginger gooseberry and green chilly

  1. Wash all gooseberry chilly and ginger.
  2. Keep in sunlight for 20minutes
  3. Now heat oil in pan
  4. Add gooseberry and chilly in heated oil
  5. Now take a glass jar fill with mango pickle masala
  6. Add all in this gooseberry chilly and ginger
  7. Shake it well
  8. Keep in sunlight for 2 days
  9. This pickle can be kept for 10days.

Shake well and dont let water drops enter into it
