Chocolate Heart Muffins

Ingredients to make Chocolate Heart Muffins

  • For Heart shape : maida - 180 grams
  • butter - 100 grams
  • sugar - 140 grams
  • Milk - 225 ml
  • Baking powder - 4 grams
  • baking soda - 1 gram
  • Red colour - to requirement
  • Vanilla Flavour - 1 teaspoon
  • For Chocolate muffin : egg - 2
  • oil - 60 ml
  • flour -120 grams
  • baking soda - 2 gram
  • sugar - 120 grams
  • butter milk- 60ml
  • Vanilla- 8 ml
  • cocoa powder -10 grams
  • salt - a Pinch

How to make Chocolate Heart Muffins

  1. Prepare 6 inch pan with butter and flour
  2. Sieve Maida,Baking powder and baking soda
  3. Cream butter and sugar
  4. Add milk and beat it well
  5. Add colour to your requirement
  6. Gently Fold dry ingredients
  7. Fill in the prepared pan
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 25 mins
  9. While baking prepare the batter for chocolate muffins
  10. Steps are as follows
  11. Whisk egg,sugar and vanilla until pale then beat oil
  12. Sieve the dry ingredients and fold the dry ingredients alternating with butter milk
  13. After the cake is ready Cool it for 10 minutes and cut the top layer evenly
  14. With the Heart shape cookie cutter cut out Heart shape from the cake
  15. Now pour the chocolate batter into paper lined muffin tray and keep the Heart shape in the centre
  16. Bake the Cake for 20 minutes at 170 degree
  17. After completion you can cut the Muffin into two if you want
