Ingredients to make Valentine Chocolate Jelly Cake

  • 1 litre water
  • 150 gram of sugar (or according to taste)
  • 2 teaspoon of "Ager Ager" powder (Seaweed) / Jelatin
  • 2 teaspoon coco powder
  • 2-3 teaspoon pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
  • Chocolate syrup ( for garnish)

How to make Valentine Chocolate Jelly Cake

  1. In deep pan, mix Ager Ager powder with sugar.
  2. Pour water into the mixture and stir well still it dissolved.
  3. Put the flame to medium and boil the water for 2-3 minutes. Then turn off the gas.
  4. Pour the solution into the solution to mold the jelly to give the shape you want.
