Ingredients to make Watermelon rind dosa

  • Watermelon rind - 1 cup (white part only)
  • Dosa rice - 1 cup
  • Urd dal - 2 tbsp
  • methi seeds- 1 tsp
  • Channa dal - 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Watermelon rind dosa

  1. Soak rice, urd dal, channa dal, methi seeds for 4 hrs.
  2. Grind this with watermelon rind pieces. Ferment for 5 hrs. Add salt.
  3. Prepare crispy dosa with ghee and serve with chutney of choice
