Ingredients to make Bati

  • wheat flour a pav (250 grams)
  • ghee 2 1/2tbs
  • salt per taste
  • baking soda a pinch

How to make Bati

  1. Prepare hard dough for the bati by adding oil and salt and soda in it.
  2. Make bati and cook it a bati maker over the gas for about 15 -20 minutes.
  3. Batis should be turned on the other side too till cooked properly.
  4. Enjoy with began bharta and daal fry.along with green chutney.

Make stuffed batis too.
