Ingredients to make Baked Strawberry Doughnut with Tangy frosting

  • maida 1cup
  • sugar 6 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • curd 4 tbsp
  • Milk 2tbsp
  • egg 1
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped fresh strawberry 1/2 cup
  • Pink colour 2..3 drops (optional)
  • Frosting
  • Strawberry 6
  • Icing sugar 1cup
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Warm water 1tsp

How to make Baked Strawberry Doughnut with Tangy frosting

  1. Heat oven to 175 °C
  2. Grease the doughnut pan
  3. Sieve the dry ingredients maida, baking powder,salt
  4. Whisk all the wet ingredients(egg,curd,milk,sugar ,butter melted vanilla essence) properly
  5. Chop the strawberries
  6. Slowly mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients till properly combined
  7. Add strawberries
  8. Mix and pour in doughnut pan
  9. Bake for 10...15 minutes till done
  10. For frosting in a blender add all the ingredients and mix well Add water if it is too thick
  11. Dip the doughnuts thrice so it is well coated
  12. Sprinkle some chopped strawberries

My Tip:

You can add wholewheat flour instead of maida
